Notarial Fees
You will always receive a detailed fee breakdown after you discuss your matter with the notary.
The minimum charge for individual clients is £90, and for corporate clients, it is £150.
Additional documents relating to the matter are charged at £50 per personal document and £90 per business document. Additional charges also apply for each additional signatory to the document (£40 for an individual signatory and £80 for a corporate signatory).
The minimum fee generally applies to straightforward documents, including passport/ID copies, one-page documents, police certificates, degree certificates, or child travel consent letters. However, more complex documents may incur a higher fee due to the additional time and research required.
For complex matters where an exact fee cannot be determined upfront, our notary will provide you with a fee structure based on an hourly rate of £240, along with an accurate estimate based on the details you provide. Our notary’s fee structure will always be communicated to you in advance.
Please note that our notarial fees are not subject to VAT.
